Tab Trade - What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail tells you something. It suggests the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. Still better than a founder with no industry background.
They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that range is not narrow.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both matters. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, it is familiar territory.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after comparing.
FIX API is offered for bots but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be coming. That would round things out when it lands.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Suits people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the area where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.
Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. The point is the setup is serious. That is something about priorities.
Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
The FSRA Question
This is the detail that requires honesty. Tab Trade is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your decision.
The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off is worth it comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
TabTrade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You fund your account, they add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit.
